What we commit to in 90 days
- Service Quality scoring live on every service-day.
- Allocation Optimisation running with co-ordinator approval workflow.
- Smart Swapping live for the clinician mobile app.
- A pre/post Outcomes Pack at day 90, signed off by Nexin’s clinical and commercial leads.
What we measure
- Total Clinical Risk (modelled, baseline established in week 1).
- Locum spend, baseline established from your last 90 days.
- Service cancellations.
- Co-ordinator and clinician satisfaction.
What success looks like at day 90
At minimum: at least one service moves up a Service Quality category, ≥5% Total Clinical Risk reduction, and ≥5% locum-cost reduction. If we miss any of those, we say so in the Outcomes Pack and propose a remediation plan.
