These terms govern your use of nexin.co.uk (the "site"). They cover the marketing site only, they do not govern use of the Nexin product, which is supplied to NHS Trusts under a separate written contract.

Acceptance
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Purpose of the site
The site provides information about Nexin's services, evidence base, and standards posture for an NHS audience. Nothing on the site constitutes:
- clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment;
- a procurement offer or a binding commercial proposal;
- regulatory or legal advice.
Any commercial relationship is established only through a signed written agreement.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep claims on this site accurate, evidence-backed, and current. Numeric claims are tied to entries in our internal evidence ledger and reviewed quarterly. Despite this, the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Site content, design, code and brand assets are © Nexin Ltd unless attributed otherwise. You may quote short extracts for non-commercial commentary or news reporting with clear attribution. You may not:
- copy or republish substantial portions of the site;
- use Nexin branding, logos or marks without written permission;
- scrape, mirror, or harvest content beyond standard search-engine indexing;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying source data.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaches UK law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malware, run automated attacks, or attempt to disrupt availability;
- impersonate Nexin or any of its team in correspondence or on social platforms.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party resources (NHS England, ICO, evidence sources, partner sites). We are not responsible for the content of those resources and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexin Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are dated at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
