This statement applies to nexin.co.uk. Nexin Ltd is committed to making this site accessible to the widest possible audience, including users of assistive technology.

Standard we follow

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The site is intended for an NHS audience and so we follow the same accessibility expectations the NHS sets for its own digital services.

What we do

Skip-to-content link on every page.
Visible keyboard focus rings; no focus suppression.
Semantic HTML (headings, landmarks, lists) so screen readers can navigate by structure.
prefers-reduced-motion is honoured, animations are minimised when the user requests it.
Service Quality states are communicated by colour and glyph and label, never colour alone.
Text resizes cleanly up to 200% without breaking layout.
Forms have associated labels and error messages.
Automated audit (pa11y-ci) runs against every build before publication.
Designed to work with screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS.

Known limitations

Embedded video, when present, may not yet have closed captions and audio description on first publish; we add these within five working days of upload.
Some PDF documents linked from the Disclosure pages are produced from third-party tools and may not be fully tagged. We are working through these.
The disclosure passphrase gate is a v1 stub; an accessible identity-managed gate (Cloudflare Access) replaces it before first investor visit.
Live regions and complex interactive widgets are deliberately avoided on this marketing site, so this is not a comprehensive list of accessibility risks for the Nexin product, that is published separately by Trusts on deployment.

If you find anything on this site that is hard or impossible to use with assistive technology, please tell us. Include the URL, the browser and assistive technology you are using, and a short description of the problem.
